Where does Artificial Flowers Ireland deliver to?
Goods can be delivered to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
What payment methods does Artificial Flowers Ireland accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
- All major credit and debit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit and Maestro
- PayPal.
We do not accept cash on delivery. If you would like to pay using an alternative method, not listed here, please contact us before placing your order and we will determine if this is possible (click here to contact us).
If I place an order on this website, does Artificial Flowers Ireland have access to my credit/debit card details?
No. While you may choose to enter your credit/debit card details on our website when placing your order, Artificial Flowers Ireland will not be able to access these details in any way as we use secure technology called SSL. Alternatively you could pay via PayPal and you will be redircted to their website, and in this case you will not have to enter any such details on our website. We do not store your credit or debit card details and we do not share these details with any third parties.
How much VAT is charged on orders?
All prices listed on this website are inclusive of Value Added Tax @ 23% unless otherwise stated. This is the standard rate of VAT in Ireland and is applicable to all orders.
I have placed an order on this website but I have not received a confirmation email; what should I do?
Sometimes there can be a delay in the confirmation process. If you have not received an email from Artificial Flowers Ireland within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us (click here to contact us) so we can assess the problem.
I have placed an order on this website, when will the goods arrive?
Delivery usually takes up to ?? working days. Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays are not considered working days. We cannot provide you with a definite time for any delivery and the estimated time period of ?? working days is only an indication of the time taken to complete a delivery. We make no guarantees to deliver within this time period as some orders may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You can cancel your order at any time until we despatch the goods to you. If you cancel your order but the goods have not yet been dispatched, you will receive a full refund issued in accordance with the original payment method. If the goods have been dispatched you will have received a confirmation email. However, there may be a delay between the dispatch of your goods and the email confirming dispatch; therefore, it may not be possible to cancel your order even if you have not received a dispatch email. Can I change my order?
Yes. You can change your order at any time until we despatch the goods to you. If the goods have been dispatched you will have received a confirmation email. However, there may be a delay between the dispatch of your goods and the email confirming dispatch; therefore, it may not be possible to change your order even if you have not received a dispatch email. Is it possible to change the delivery address for my order after the goods have been dispatched?
No, sorry this is not possible if your order has already been dispatched. Please note that if inaccurate information regarding the delivery address is provided by you resulting in an unsuccessful delivery attempt, you may be liable for a re-delivery charge. We accept no liability if a delivery is delayed because you have not given us the correct address details.
Why have I been charged additional delivery charges on top of the flat-rate delivery charge?
If the weight/volume of your order is excessive in relation to the value, there may have been an additional delivery charge regardless of whether your order displays a lower flat-rate charge. These charges are added at our discretion. You should have received an email from Artificial Flowers Ireland explaining this; if you have not, then please contact us (click here).
The ordered goods have arrived but they are faulty, what should I do?
You must report the problem to us within three working days of delivery using the contact form (click here). Please retain the goods together with any packaging. If we receive no such notification from you within the allotted timeframe, it will be presumed that the goods were considered satisfactory by you.
How do I return my order?
Claims for damages in transit, shortages, discrepancies or faulty goods must be reported to us within three working days of receipt of goods using the contact form (click here). In such cases, please retain the goods together with any packaging. When contacting us, please provide a full description of the fault or discrepancy. If we receive no such notification within the allotted timeframe, it will be presumed that the goods were considered satisfactory by you. Please do not return goods to us until you receive an email from us confirming our approval of your request to return the goods. If your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the goods to us. You then have five working days within which to return the goods to us. Are the goods sold by Artificial Flowers Ireland identical to the photographs on this website?
Artificial Flowers Ireland takes the utmost care in providing accurate photos and descriptions of our products. However, the colours that you see in the photos on our website will depend on your monitor; we cannot guarantee that your monitor is accurately displaying colours. Colours may also vary from those shown on our website due to the conditions under which the photographs were taken. Stated sizes are approximations only. Slight variations in colours and size can also occur between batches. We cannot guarantee that any two products are identical.
When ordering goods from this website, why was I not informed that they were out of stock?
The availability of each of our products is indicated on the individual product pages on our website. However, this is an indication of availability only and is not a guarantee that the product is available at the time you place your order. There may have been a delay between the time in which you submitted your order and the time we checked our stock levels which are liable to change within this time. Why has the price increased since my last order?
Prices and delivery charges are subject to change without notice. Artificial Flowers Ireland reserves the right to alter its prices. Any subsequent purchases of the same product cannot be guaranteed at the same price.
Does Artificial Flowers Ireland use secure payment technology?
Yes. We use the services of a payment merchant (Iridium? SagePay? PayPal?) to ensure that all debit and credit card transactions are completed through a secure, encrypted facility. We use secure socket layer (SSL) technology which guarantees that your sensitive details are safe and fully encrypted at the time of purchase so that they cannot be accessed by anyone in Artificial Flowers Ireland, by third parties or any other unauthorised access. What does Artificial Flowers Ireland do with my personal details after I place an order?
