Terms & Conditions
Use of our website or other promotional material, the sale and purchase of goods from our website, or by any other means by which you make contact with us to place an order, and all contracts are governed by our terms and conditions as set out below in accordance with Irish Law. By placing an order with us by any means, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to read our terms and conditions on each occasion that you use this website. Your use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest T&Cs. Please read our terms and conditions carefully before placing any order. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Ireland. Nothing in these terms and conditions will be deemed to affect your statutory rights.
Products
We take the utmost care in providing accurate descriptions and photos of our products, and in displaying as accurately as possible their colours. Some of the information contained on our website regarding the products is provided to us by third parties and accordingly, no guarantee is given by us as to the accuracy of such information. Despite our best efforts, the colours of our products that you see on our website will depend on your monitor and so we cannot guarantee that your monitor is accurately displaying the colours. Colours may also vary from those shown on our website due to the conditions under which the photographs were taken. If getting a specific colour is of paramount importance to you, we suggest you first order one product or a small quantity of the products to ensure suitability. Slight colour variations can also occur between batches. Stated sizes are approximations only and may vary between batches. We cannot guarantee that any two products are identical. We cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies, inaccuracies, errors or omissions.
All products are sold subject to availability. The availability of each of our products is indicated on the individual product pages on our website. This is an indication of availability only and is not a guarantee that the product is available at the time you place your order. Our order acknowledgment is not a guarantee of delivery. There is a delay between the time in which you submit your order and the time we check our stock levels which are liable to change within this time. If the product you order is out of stock we will inform you as soon as possible. Under these circumstances the delivery may be delayed or we may be forced to cancel the order if the products are not currently available from our suppliers. If your order cannot be fulfilled we will contact you as soon as possible and we will issue you with a refund or offer you an alternative product. If a proportion of your order is out of stock, we will contact you and give you the option to cancel all or part of the order.

Prices and Value Added Tax
All prices are displayed in € Euro and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) @ 23% unless otherwise stated. This is the standard rate of VAT in Ireland and is applicable to all orders. VAT at 23% is displayed at checkout and will be clearly marked in the VAT column. The VAT will also be clearly stated on your final invoice.
Prices and delivery charges are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to alter our prices and specifications without notice. Any subsequent purchases of the same product cannot be guaranteed at the same price.
Payment
Payment is taken in € Euro. All orders must be paid in full.
We are pleased to accept the following payment methods: all major credit and debit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit and Maestro) and PayPal. PayPal is a secure online payment system which supports online money transfers and accepts credit/debit cards even if you do not have a personal PayPal account. Once placing your order with us, all transactions are subject to validation checks and are authorised by the card issuer. If the issuer refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay and / or non-delivery of your order. No orders will be processed without a valid PayPal payment or a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder.
While you will enter your credit / debit card details on our website when placing your order, we will not be able to access them in any way. We take our privacy policy seriously, however we cannot guarantee the security of any data you disclose online. By placing an order with us, you are accepting the internet security risks and will not hold Artificial Flowers Ireland responsible for any breach of security.
We do not accept cash on delivery. If you would like to pay using a method not listed here (e.g. postal order), please contact us before placing your order and we will determine if this is possible (click here to contact us). Accepting/rejecting an alternative payment method is at our discretion. If we accept an alternative payment method, all funds must be cleared before the order is despatched.
You can make changes to your order up until the point that you proceed with the payment, after this stage nothing can be altered. Once payment has been taken you will receive a confirmation email. Payment for an order is not considered as acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to decline/cancel orders without giving an explanation.
Delivery
Location: Goods can be delivered to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland only.
Address: Please supply an appropriate delivery address. Goods will be sent to the address specified by you in your order and stated in the order confirmation. Once your order has been dispatched it is not possible to change the delivery address. It is your responsibility to enter correct delivery information. Please note that if inaccurate information regarding the delivery address is provided by you resulting in an unsuccessful delivery attempt, you may be liable for a re-delivery charge. We accept no liability if a delivery is delayed because you have not given us the correct address details.
Price: The delivery charge for your order will be displayed in your shopping cart.
If the weight/volume of your order is excessive in relation to the value, there may be an additional delivery charge regardless of whether your order displays a lower flat-rate delivery charge. These charges would be added at our discretion and would be discussed with you prior to dispatch.
Time: Delivery will take up to ?? working days. Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays are not considered working days and no deliveries will take place on these days. We cannot provide you with a definite time for any delivery and the estimated time period of ?? working days is only an indication of the time taken to complete a delivery. We make no guarantees to deliver within this time period.
We will make every effort to deliver on time; however some orders may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control such as extreme weather conditions, road works or problems with supply/availability. If such issues arise, we will do our best to inform you.
In the rare event that we are unable to deliver your goods within fifteen working days, we will inform you of the expected delivery date. Outstanding orders can be cancelled. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver.
Multiple Consignments: We do not guarantee that your goods will arrive in one consignment as some orders may be dispatched in instalments.
Issues: As soon as the goods have been delivered they become your responsibility. From the time of delivery, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the goods. Goods damaged in transit or faulty goods at the time of delivery must be reported to us within three working days of delivery. In such cases, please retain the goods together with any packaging and notify us within three working days of delivery using the contact form (click here). We will then arrange for the goods to be exchanged or offer a refund. Click here to read more about returns. If we receive no such notification within the allotted timeframe, it will be presumed that the goods were considered satisfactory by you.
Cancellations and Changes
You can change or cancel your order at any time until we despatch the goods to you. If you cancel your order but the goods have not yet been dispatched, you will receive a full refund. All refunds will be issued in accordance with the original payment method. Once goods have been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email. However, there may be a delay between the dispatch of your goods and the email confirming dispatch; therefore, it may not be possible to cancel/change your order even if you have not received a dispatch email. Returns and Replacements
Please check your goods immediately on receipt. As soon as the goods have been delivered they become your responsibility. From the time of delivery, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the goods.
Claims for damages in transit, shortages, discrepancies or faulty goods must be reported to us within three working days of receipt of goods. In such cases, please retain the goods together with any packaging and notify us within three working days of delivery using the contact form (click here). When contacting us, please provide a full description of the fault or discrepancy. If deemed necessary, we will then arrange for the goods to be exchanged or offer a refund at our discretion. If we receive no such notification within the allotted timeframe, it will be presumed that the goods were considered satisfactory by you. Return requests will not be accepted by us after three working days from receipt of goods.
Please do not return goods to us until you receive an email from us confirming our acceptance of your request to return the goods. If your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the goods to us. You then have five working days within which to return the goods to us.
Goods which have been used, soiled or damaged cannot be returned. Bulk orders are only returnable at our discretion.
If goods are returned, as sold, in their original packaging, we are happy to issue a refund. All goods must be in a new, unused and unaltered condition. Together with the goods, please include your name, address, telephone number, email address and order number. Please note that unless the goods are faulty, the original delivery charge cannot be refunded and you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us (i.e. it will be at your expense).
All refunds will be issued in accordance with the original payment method. We will provide you with a full refund of the price of the goods that you are returning within 30 days from the date on which you notified us that you wished to return your order.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.

Privacy
We do not store, and cannot access, your credit or debit card details. We do not share these details with any third parties. We use the information we lawfully collect about you to process orders and to provide a more personalised shopping experience. We only disclose certain information supplied by our customers (i.e. name, address and possibly phone number) to third parties (our vendors) when such details are required to fulfil the order. For example, such information will be forwarded securely to couriers or possibly suppliers solely so that the order can be completed. The term “loss” refers to a partial loss or reduction in value as well as a complete or total loss.
Modification of T&Cs
We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions whenever we so choose. By continuing to use our website and purchasing from us following any such change/s you will be deemed to have accepted the change/s. It is your responsibility to check our terms and conditions regularly to determine if they have been changed and to decide whether you accept or reject said terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any such change you should stop using our website immediately.
